Below are some photos of the massive numbers of crows here in Terre Haute. I was reading an article printed about this in a local newspaper yesterday. A faculty member in my department suggests there are over 50,000 crows that are currently roosting in these parts. Unbelievable!!! You usually see mass numbers at dawn and dusk when they fly to and from their roosts. These photos were shot at daybreak, but still do not adequately show the high numbers. Just another reason to leave this place.
